Life can certainly throw a lot of curve balls at us! Sometimes life stress and anxiety can be so overwhelming as it can come into our life at anytime, throwing off our life balance. We may do things that can assist in de-stressing to a certain extent, such as taking a trip, taking up yoga or meditating however, these are just some ideas to consider. Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural extracts to promote health and well-being. It uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind and spirit. it enhances both your physical and emotional health.

Aromatherapy may promote relaxation and help relieve stress. It has also been used to help treat a wide range of physical and mental conditions including burns, infections, depression, insomnia, allergies and high blood pressure.

You can also mist slightly on a pillow or bed sheets to promote a restful sleep. It can also assist with depression in boosting your mood.

Essential oils can also help you improve the health of your hair. By mixing some into your shampoo and applying to your scalp regularly, you can increase hair growth, strength and shine.
