Get Fit and Fantastic

Exercise is one of the very best stress-reducers!  There are so many options out there to choose from.  Whether you are just starting out or more advanced in your fitness regime, check into clubs, programs or gyms which offer many levels of fitness to get you started or continue you on your fitness journey. 

If just beginning, try walking.  If comfortable with walking faster, try running or swimming, aerobics or weights for more advanced exercise.  Whichever fitness level you choose, be sure to keep it in good balance with your level of endurance.  Never over-do your exercise routine.  You could do more harm than good.  Keep it effective, yet fun!  Move it and lose it!
