It is that special time of year again when we all get to express our love and gratitude to our Mothers. Not that we need only express once a year our appreciation for them, but on this annual celebratory day, let’s truly let them feel even more special. This day and this post is dedicated to them!
Mothers are our superheroes and hugest supporters. A Mother is our first friend, our best friend, our forever friend. Mothers are like glue. Even when we cannot see them, they are there holding the family together. Our Mother’s hug lasts long after she lets go. Mothers hold their children’s hands for a short while, but their hearts forever. A mother’s love is the fuel that enables a normal human being to do the impossible.
All that we are, or ever hope to be, we owe to our earth or angel Mothers. Our Mothers are our role models before we even knew what that word meant. For, a Mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take. They teach us acceptance, tolerance, bravery and compassion.
A Mother’s love is everything. It is what brings a child into this world. It is what molds our entire being. When a Mother sees her child in danger, she is literally capable of anything. A Mother’s love is the strongest energy in the world. She is clothed with strength and dignity, laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks her words are wise and she gives instructions with kindness.
Mothers are not the ones that have never struggled, they are the ones that have never given up despite the struggles. A Mother’s happiness is like a beacon, lighting up the future but reflected also on the past in the guise of fond memories. A Mother can look through a child’s eyes and see tomorrow.
No language can express the power, beauty and heroism of a Mother’s love. In the end, Mothers are always right. They are our root, our foundation. They plant the seed that we base our life on and that is the belief that the ablity to achieve starts in our mind.
For, life doesn’t come with a manual, it comes with a Mother. And, for all that you all do, for all of us, we thank you.
To all the Mothers out there…. everything you are, have always been and will forever be, you are truly the Queen in our hearts! To the world you are our Mother. To us, You our our World.
