There are many interpretations of happiness but I believe the following words best express it’s meaning and values.

Happiness cannot be bought, sold, borrowed, leased, owned, inherited or simply visited. Happiness is the personal joy and spiritual experience we each deeply feel by living and filling each day with heartfelt actions, deeds, gratitude and grace and giving daily thanks for His gift of life.

I believe it is very important to ensure that the mix of relationships, activities and experiences we undertake each day allow us to enjoy a large share of happiness and the uplifting feelings it generates.

Following are a few upbeat quotes and thoughts about happiness that contribute to our good feelings and enrich our love, our relationships and our enjoyment of life. Equally important is that happiness stimulates smiles and a positive outlook that cheers not only ourselves but those with whom we share it.
