The Joy of Pets

Pets are huge sources of “joy” on four legs! They are there when you are down, stressed, ill, sad or need comfort. They are there for you when you want to play, laugh or have fun. They never make fun of you or judge you, and give absolute unconditional love. They are there for you 24/7.

A cat, dog, rabbit or any animal can change your life for the better. They add to your emotional, physical and mental balance which helps provide us with a tremendous sense of well-being. They also make us feel important as their entire being relies on our proper care for them.

Do consider one! A cat or dog would be a huge positive additional to your home if you have the room for them. If children in the home, even better, as pets are very protective and provide much entertainment for them. Pets also teach children to care for others with respect and help provide responsibility at an early age.

If an apartment or condo, you might want to consider a smaller pet such as a rabbit. Rabbits love being around people. They like to cuddle, play and very bonding. You can even take them for a walk on a leash!

So, if wanting to bring “instant” joy to your life for many years to come, consider a new friend, and enjoy all the wonderful benefits they can bring to your life and theirs.
